Shipping policy

We ship from Bali to addresses across Indonesia and abroad. You may also arrange and pay for your own courier; then we charge no shipping.

Within Indonesia

We ship with JNE or J&T. Courier rates are calculated live at checkout from your address and the weight of your order.

International

We ship with Pos Indonesia by default. Shipping is priced by destination zone and parcel weight. If we have no rate for your destination, you can still place the order as a request: we contact you with the shipping cost before you pay anything.

When your order ships

We pack and ship your order after the balance is confirmed. The courier and tracking number appear on your order page once the parcel is on its way.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are paid by the buyer and are not included in our prices.
